What Causes Severe Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy?
Hello m 12 weeks pregnant n had a heavy bleeding before 4 days ..consulted doc ...treatment is goin on but my concern is is it serious issue as my doc said that it due to.placentA...and suggested complete bed rest for one month....it will b cured or i need to take complete bed rest till my due date?

It may be due to spontaneous abortion.
For that I would suggest you to consult with urgent medical care and consult with gynecologist.
You may require ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after consultation and active in management to prevent complications.
