What Causes Severe Vaginal Bleeding In A Sexually Active Person?

I had sex in march.I was sexually active. Had sex in May&June. I missed my cycle April and May. I bled a little in June. Then i started bleeding heavily and light ever since July. It will stop on days then stop. I bleed light and heavy sometimes with blood bigger than a quarter. I sometimes have brown vaginal discharge. Till this day it does the same thing What is wrong with me?

Hello,

I think you may need a total gynecological evaluation. This bleeding is not related to sexual intercourse. It probably may be related to hormone disbalance. If you are near 50 perimenopause may be a cause.
