What Causes Severe Vaginal Itching Along With Abdominal And Back Pain?

I woke up around 3 AM with cramping or pain in my left side into my back... now today I have been itching a little feels like inside my vagina but...its accompanied with an urge to go to the bathroom. my back hurts a little too but I know much of that pain is from a car accident July 2015. I think maybe its a UTI.I am just not sure, I don t usually have any infections other than yeast. If so what are the possible treatments?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
many medical problems could give you that presentation: UTI, a pelvic inflammatory disease or Sexually transmissible infections. A urinalysis and STI work-ups will be needed to bring out the cause of your symptoms.I advise you see a Doctor for examination and work-ups.In the mean time, pain medications will relief you.
Best regards
