What Causes Severe Vaginal Itching Post Recovery From Bacterial Vaginitis?

I recently have taken metronitozol to get of my bacterial vaginitis and I recently shaved and now it itches in the same area and I still smell a hint of fishy odor with no discharge even though my pH balance is back on. What do I do? And yes I am sexually active

get it examined by gynechologist. it may be yeast infection if so anti fungal pessaries can be taken and if noimprovment then systemic anti fungal antibiotic can be takenand candid powder can be sprinkled out side.
