Related your concern, based on your history that you don t have sexual contact and the scabies was disappeared after treatment I think is very easy to say that this is yeast infection. Don t worry because vaginal yeast infection, also known as candidiasis, is a common female condition caused by the fungus Candida. Usually yeast vaginal infection cause itching,burning, local irritation (red and bumpy as you have) and vaginal discharge.Vaginal yeast infection can be spread by sexual contact, but in general they aren’t considered a sexually transmitted infection. The reason of vaginal yeast infection is the imbalance in the system that can be due to antibiotics, pregnancy, diabetes,stress, weak immune system,lack of sleep, hormonal imbalance ect. What I suggest is doing a lab test to know which type of Candida you have and pelvic examination by an Infectious disease specialist to define better the diagnosis and the severity, to find the reason of this situation and to decide what kind of treatment you need( anti fungal cream, tablet or ovule).
