What Causes Severe Vaginal Pain Despite Having Stage 4 Endometriosis?
I have a problem. For the last 12+ hrs I have had some really weird pain in my vagina. It almost feels like there is a splinter in my vagina moving around. Also at times feels like a hot cattle prod poking around. As gross as it is, I put my finger on my vaginal opening, and noticed a circular ball of tissue, that just appeared. I do have stage 4 endometriosis. What could be causing this?

Endometriosis is usually accompanied by pain in pelvic region. The circular ball of tissue can be due to endometriosis. I suggest you to get a transvaginal ultrasound to assess the circular ball of tissue and thus plan management.
