What Causes Severe Vomiting After Eating Clams With History Of Abdominal Surgery?
My husband who is dealing with major abdominal surgery and cancer treatment. Ate steamer clams yesterday for lunch. He has been throwing up since about 10 hours after he ate. Still gong on a few hours later, green bile. Could this be food related or med related.

1. His symptom of vomiting might be due to cancer treatment or might be due to food also
2. So try to avoid clams and milk products
3. I suggest you give him T. Ondansetron
4. If symptoms persist then have a consultation with your physician
