Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My husband became ill early this evening. He has been vomitting violently and is runnning a fever of 101.1. His B/P is 97/60 and his pulse is 80. He has a history of high blood pressure and had a stent put in a few years ago. He is not having any shortness of breath, chest pain, or pain in his arms. I cannot get his vomitting under control. He is taking in sips of water, but then throws that up after a short period of time.
As from your history I can say your husband is suffering from some sort of infection. For this you have to give him tab zipod or tab droxyl 500 mg twice daily after meals with tab dolo 650 three times daily for fever with tab onset-md 4 mg or tab perinorm 5 mg twice daily empty stomach for vomiting with tab rantac or tab famotid twice daily empty stomach. For water loss from the body he has to drink vital-z powder or lemon juice or ORS.
