Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, these can be side effects of the hormonal therapies she is using already, though a fresh hormonal profile, as well as endocrinologist or gynecologist review to either stop or adjust the treatment, is advisable.

Gastric causes like any local infection post gall bladder removal or pancreatitis may present with the same.

Her liver functions, as well as amylase levels, should be monitored. She may need to have serum electrolytes tested too for any abnormalities caused by excessive vomitings.

If symptoms persist upper GI endoscopy to rule out internal inflammatory changes and to work up for black tarry stools caused by gastric tract bleeding needs to be assessed.

Meanwhile, she may need broad-spectrum antibiotics to decrease inflammation and antacids like Omeprazole before meals or injectable may be needed. Fluid intake, soft diets should be ensured alongside.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
