Hi,
Stomach bloating, vomiting could be due to gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease like crhon's disease or ulcerative colitis.
You must undergo routine blood, urine and stool examination with abdominal ultrasound and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.
You should not relay on some one who told you that it is due spastic colon but you must go according to your doctors advises.
Treatment is mainly depend upon the underlying cause but symptommatic treatment can be given.
You may require antibiotics (quinolones with antiprotozoals) and antihelminthic like albendazole with antacids, antiemetics and other supportive treatment.
You must consult gastroenterologist for further advise.
