What Causes Severe Weakness In Body?

Hi my name is rakesh, from calcutta. for last few years there are no physical improvement in body. my weight almost time is between 40 to 42. now a days I m feeling very week that s why I have visited to Dr Mr A B Roy. he advised to do Chest Xray and few blood test, lft test and also thyroid test. result is normal. After that he suggest to do a Mantoux test. In this test result is positive. pls help now what ?
