General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It can be viral infection in body in which muscle pain and weakness can occur. You have been given ketorolac which is non steroid anti inflammatory drug and so improvement can be there.

I suggest you investigate with CBC, serum TSH estimation, serum potassium and calcium estimation, SGOT, urea, creatinine estimation for primary work up. You can revert back with reports. I suggest you consult physician for detailed evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
