What Causes Severe Yellow Brown Discharge And Foul Smell?

I had my fistula tommy on last Thursday ie a week from today. I m having severe yellowish brown Colorado discharge with foul smell & also feel some wind & faeces coming out at times from my external opening. Is this normal & will stop as the fistula heals?

usually fistulatomy is done to close the fistula. your history suggest that the opening is patent and is still in connection with the bowel which results in leaking of the bowel content through the fistula.

kindly consult the surgeon and tell him about the discharge, faces and gas through the fistula.
