I am 27 years old and I am a musician. I got married last year. My wife is a wonderful person she is a an angel.But unfortunately I have a very horrible problem with my sex life. Apparently it called CUCKOLD. please help me. I do not want to do it or think about it. It really freaks me out. I picture my wife during the sex or jerk off that she is having sex with another man. Usually it is my friend.And usually I cum a little too long it takes about 20 or 30 min til I'd be satisfaction. But every time that it finished I become so ashamed to myself. please help me.I even saw therapist but they could not help me so much .

I can understand your concern. The intrusive, repugnant ideas about wife having intercourse with some other male and then feeling guilty could occur due to some obsessive thoughts. This should be given proper attention because you have guilty associated with these ideas. You have already been to a therapist but this failed to result in improvement. In such case I'd advise you to consult a psychiatrist for proper opinion regarding your symptoms. Medicines like SSRIs can help to reduce these intrusive dominating bad thoughts. Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Citalopram etc can help to reduce these dominating thoughts. Apart from this try to relax yourself by doing proper exercises and yoga. Divert your attention by thought stopping method. Visit a psychiatrist for evaluation and prescription of the medicines.
