Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had two high risk sexual Causes of sexual dysfunction Erection problems Female sexual dysfunction Sexual problems overview exposure (Mar 5 and Mar11) , and I had a lot of ARS symptoms like sore throat Cancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture ,night sweet, swelling Abdomen - swollen Ankle sprain swelling Breast - premenstrual tenderness and swelling Foot, leg, and ankle swelling Gums - swollen Joint swelling Mastoiditis - redness and swelling behind ear Scrotal swelling Swelling Foot swelling gland, dizzy and lost 20 pounds in a week after my second exposure . I was very scare within those three month. I did the RT-PCR test in the end of May(around two months after my last exposure) and the ELISA Elisa Elisa/western blot tests for hiv Lyme disease antibody test on June 17 (which is almost 90 days after my last exposure). Both of the test results are negative. But it is getting more and more AIDS Aids Aids - resources Early symptomatic hiv infection -ilke symptoms on my body including muscle and joint pain, felling numb at fingers Amputated finger Amyloidosis on the fingers Clubbed fingers Cryoglobulinemia - of the fingers Herpes zoster (shingles) on the hand and fingers Janeway lesion on the finger Kawasaki s disease, peeling of the fingertips Nail abnormalities Replantation of digits Ringworm, tinea manuum on the finger Skin cancer, melanoma on the fingernail and toes, night sweating, continuous losing weight,Gingivitis, losing hairs and come up with bunch of Purpura on my arms and knees. I read something on the internet about HIV CRFs( Circulating Recombinant Form) and URFs (Uniqure Recombinant Form) which could happen on co-infection or super-infection, So I wonder if that could happen on me since my two high risk sexual exposures are very close. And I was very unlucky to get infected twice. Is that possible the two different HIV strains recombined in my body to a new HIV strain which can not be detected by both ELISA and PCR? thanks for Doctor s answer in advance.
dear you got negative RT PCR test after 2 month of exposure m which is highly senstive and accurate and same time you also got ELISA after 3 month which is also highly senstive, both are negative so no need to worry as far as your symptoms are concern you just take advise from reputated physician and counselling from clinical psychologist
