What Causes Sgpt And Esr Levels To Increase After Gall Bladder Was Removed Due To Stone?
55 year old lady with SGPT , ALT is high i.e 90 also increased increase ESR..i.e.115. ,BP and blood sugar are normal.. I was suffering fron TB for last last 9 months. yesterday my TB course completed all Test were taken. every thing is ok except ESR and SPGT. Hepatatis B and C test is also cleared.weaknes is too much more over last year May my Gall Bladder was removed by surgery due to stone. please tell me the cause of increase of SGPT an ESR.kindly help me in this regard am continuous under treatment my consultant... please answer me in hurry.

Tuberculosis drugs have the tendency to increase ALts and ASTs and also the ESR indicates the inflammatory process perfectly explained by TB. No worries. If the remission has been done and treatment has been taken properly, you will be fine soon.
