What Causes Shaking In Hands Uncontrollably?

I noticed yesterday at dinner that when I was lifting the glass to drink my right hand started to shake uncontrollably. The longer I held the glass the worse the shaking got. This morning I did notice my left hand does the same and I tilt the glass or cup back to drink. Is this something to be concerned with?
