Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Our 9-year-old daughter has what she calls shaky vision occasionally. Everything shakes for a few seconds, then it goes away. She has also come close to blacking out on a few occasions. Her shaky vision episodes occur almost weekly. When she was younger she had pains in the back of her head and upper neck. These were severe and often caused her to wince and cry out. She doesn t get these pains anymore, only the shaky vision. She had a cat-scan series and it checked out just fine. No abnormalities were detected. Can you please suggest what this might be? Thank you.

What Causes Shaky Vision In A 9 Year Old Child?
Hello, I think she may need to go to a neurologist. She needs further evaluation doing an EEG. Also a total blood count and formula is needed. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
