What Causes Shallow Breathing When Diagnosed With Congenital Heart Failure?

My mother has congenital heart failure. Listed below are medications that she takes daily. Does the Enalapril interact with the other medications causing constant nausea, shallow breathing and weakness. Carvedilol 12.5mg 1/2-x2 Enalapril 10mg 1-x2 Furosemide 40mg 1-x1 Warfarin 2.5mg 1-x1 Tylenol 650mg 2-x2 Eslradiol .mg 1/2-x1 Preservision 1-x1

add spiromide 40 mg in morning and at night and calcan D one in morning along with these medicines.it will reduce your breathing problem and also improves your general health.
