What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain Along With Headaches?

I have had several weird experiences. Not sure if it s all tide together or not. I am a 37 year old female if that is of any importance. I have head aches everyday, I use to get light headed after squatting down, but now feel light headed all the time just from standing and walking around, I feel sharp pain in my lower abdomen which travels to my pelvic area ever so often after leaning over to pick up something, from time to time I feel numb on the side of my face, my left arm sometimes hurts, and my eyebrow or the side of my lower lip will quiver by it s self for a few minutes. Does any of this sound serious?
