What Causes Sharp Abdominal Pain During Workout With Vaginal Discharge?
Hi! I m a 27 F and a competitive runner. Over the last two years, I ve been getting frequent intense pain in the abdominal area whenever I do an intense workout or in the middle of a race. It is a whole different area from the usual stitches and sometimes the pain persist till the next day. Sometimes I get blood spotting or bloody discharge within the hour. I have done a colonoscopy last year but results are normal and doctor suggest it might just be due to IBS. Is this normal?

Get checked by a gynaecologist. You may need to do an ultrasound and a pap smear. It can be a myomas causing the pain and bleeding.
