What Causes Sharp And Consistent Pain In Abdomen Along With Diarrhea?

Sunday afternoon I started to have sharp and consistent pain in upper abdomen. Later on I had really bad very dark green diahrrea... It's been a few days and my stomach cannot solidify anything. I now feel physically weak and ill. Still have dark green diahrrea. Kind of concerned

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain stomach ache along with diarrhea can be due to causes like bacterial infection, viral gastroenteritis, parasitic infestation, food intolerance, allergies, electrolyte imbalance etc..
I would suggest you to consult a Gastroenterologist and get evaluated and he can advised you to get investigations done like blood tests, stool culture ec to rule out the exact cause of the symptoms and treat accordingly..
You can be advised antibiotics if there is bacterial infection, anti parasitic medicine like Albendazole for parastites..
Take plenty of fluid replacement therapy and drink oral rehydration solution for replenishing water and electrolyte loss..
You can also be advised anti diarrhea drugs like Loperamide..
Take probiotics like Yoghurt in diet,eat foods like rice, banana and cereals..
Do not starve and eat small portions of food every 2 hours..
