You were improved with pneumonia and again develop chest pain. Your current chest x ray is also suggestive of lesion. So this lesion is mostly due to recurrent pneumonia. And treatment in such case should be directed on causative organism. So you may need sputum culture and sensitivity report. If sputum is not available then Bronchoscopy with BAL (bronchoalveolar lavage) analysis is needed. Culture report will isolate the causative organism and sensitivity report will guide about effective antibiotic treatment. Don t worry, you will be alright.
