General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms can be related to many possible condition. I suggest you to do an electrocardiogram to exclude a cardiac issue. The symptoms can also be related to a gastroesophageal re-flux disease. I suggest to use Maalox three times a day. I also suggest to use Omeprazole 20 mg in the morning before breakfast.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
