What Causes Sharp Chest Pains With Dizziness?
Im a 23 year old female and for the past 5 days I have been having sharp chest pains on and off. Also I can feel my heart beat in my throat. ( I know that sounds weird ) I have been getting dizzy and headaches like crazy! I have been eating and drinking water like normal. Is this something I should be worried about?

Cardiac causes of chest pain is rare for a young female. But pain with palpitations need to be evaluated especially when associated with dizziness. It can be supraventricular arrhythmia causing the above symptoms. You need to do certain tests - 2D Echo, Thyroid function test & a holter monitoring.
