What Causes Sharp Lower Abdominal Pain After Hernia Surgery?

I had a hernia surgery April 22 2016 in week 3 of recovery I started having a sharp pain lower right side of abdomen, when I have a bowl it feels like something is going to explode out of that right side. It still is very painful 10 weeks later. What could it be?

Hello,

I suggest you to eat healthy foods rich in fiber and drink plenty of fluids to avoid constipation and walk, stay active. If you have a fever I recommend to consult with your doctor and make a ct scan.
