What Causes Sharp Lower Back Pain Radiating To The Abdomen?

Sharp pain radiating from lower back to front when taking a deep breath. Both sides, completely around my lower torso, although right side seems to be a bit worse. It does not hurt to move my back. It seems to be a dull pulsating pain when I am not breathing deeply.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, possible calculus in the urinary system is likely related to such pain radiating in the abdomen. Kindly get an ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis done for final confirmation of the diagnosis and root cause which will enable to establish the curative pathway.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
