What Causes Sharp Pain And Blood During Urination?

When I went to urinate I had a sharp pain, and it felt like my urine pushed passed a blockage. At the end, a few drops of blood came out. It was as if I scraped a booger that had dried to the inside of my nose out and it bled.I did jerk off earlier today, could it have been dried semen, or another worse problem? The blood was very normal in color, looked like the source was very near the tip. It only lasted about thirty seconds, and there is no pain now.

Hello
It may be a small renal stone. which was not diagnosed and come out of urethra.
If it is that is good sign.
I would advice you to visit your physician for his opinion you may be required USG abdomen so that presence of any stone can be ruled out.
pain and blood may be result of stone which crushed the wall of urethra.
Thanks
Dr Ratnesh
