What Causes Sharp Pain And Pressure In The Inner Knee?

I have sudden sharp pain to inner knee which occurs when I put pressure on that extremity about half the time. The pain feels within. Stiff and hard to bend my knee at times. A lot of pressure within. I did not fall or injure myself. I am very concerned.

According to your complain you have problem of knee pain that may be because of arthritis problem..

Knee X ray is helpful for further diagnosis.
In gout painful accumlation of uric acid crystal lead to knee swelling and pain.

Consent a orthopaedic for further diagnosis.
Aspiration can done if needed....
Inflammation of bursa called bursitis may ruled out.

Detail history and physical examination give exact idea.
