Hi, I have CLL and have had two bone marrow aspirations and know that there is 95% disease in my bone marrow. I was diagnosed in 2006 but have had symtoms over 20 years. I am 57 and have worked in the citrus industry for 20 years and the casino business 14 years. I have a good idea how I got Cll. I recieved immuniglobins every six weeks so that I am able to fight some infections like upper respitory. My question is now my lymh nodes are becoming more swollen in my neck and I am having sharp pain in my right ear canal, I had my infussion over a week ago. I would like to know when I should notify my Oncologyst? My last lymph count was 96. I bounce between 88 and 96. We have discussed Chemo. I would like to know if this would be beneficial or bring me closer to my dimise. He told me that it would be once a month for six months. I am concerned because other family members who chose Chemo only survived a month or two after Chemo, They had melenoma.
