What Causes Sharp Pain Around Breast And Below Shoulder Blade?
I am 51 years old and have had a sharp constant pain that started around my right breast but is now around to my back just below my shoulder blade. It sometimes feels like there is a rash under my bra but nothing is there. It does hurt when I breathe really deep. I have to constantly move and like stretch it. Don t know what to do? Thank you

From history it seems that you might be having costo-chondritis or pinched nerve pressure due to having cervical spondilitis.
Go for x-ray cervical vertebrae for spondilitis.
Physiotherapy, short way diathermy will be helpful.
Meanwhile do deep breathing exercises.
