What Causes Sharp Pain Around The Genitals Of A Child?
my 12 year old son has been complaining of sharp pain that comes randomly to his groin area. I asked him about his testicles or penis & he points out the sharp pain to be in the surrounding area. he compares it to more of a cramp pain then a pulled muscle pain.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain of groin area could be due to lymph node swelling and it may be due to infection, on tentative basis condition can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, and better to see the doctor for right clinical diagnosis hope this information helps.
