What Causes Sharp Pain At The Tip Of Penis?

about a month ago, it seemed almost randomly after urinating, I experienced a sharp needle like pain in the tip of my penis, particularly when it was positioned a certain angle within my boxers/pants. It doesn t hurt when I urinate or masturbate, but I did notice that during sex, it can occur when I am entering a tight entrance . I checked with a urologist, and he didn t see anything when he inspected me. he said I should wait about a month and it will probably go away. Its getting close to when that month will be over, I don t know if I prevented my healing by masturbating/having sex during that month.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptom could be due to little swelling near the meatus area and this could be nonspecific may not required any treatment because this would be fine soon, just keep the area clean, drink more water, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care,
