What Causes Sharp Pain Between The Scrotum And Anus?
Hey i have a sharp pain betweven my scrotum anus. It happens usually when I jusmp off a wall or stairs and today I just lifted 100 pound tank and it happened again. Is there any history of this happening to people if so what s the name of this problem how can I get it fixed and what s the protocal. I want to be back to normal asap any answers?

Ur symptoms are suggesting about possible epidymitis or epididymorchitis , in which our sperm cord is inflammed or swollen leading to pain on testicular movement.
Another reason may be some perianal boil pr furunculitis leading to pain.
For treatment u may go for a 5 day coursr of moxiclav 625 mg wid nsaids and chmotrypsin tds .
Go for a gen surgeon consultation if not resolved.
