What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest Along With Profuse Sweating And Dizzy Spells?

i have undergone two separate ECG test on year interval but could not point to any specific cause.(1. QRS Width(ms)=124=indication=bbroad complex. 2. Max T Waves Amplitude(uV)=322 in V3 uV in V3=indication=borderline ECG. 3. Infarction=possible AMI=borderline ECG) 4.Laboratory results glucose=negative protein=negative leucocyte=negative ketones=negative blood=negative nitrite=negative bilirubin=negative urobilinogem=3.2umol/l ph=6.0 specific gravity=1.025 cholestrol=5.57mmol/l creatinine=0.7mg/dl uric acid=6.2mg/dl urine r/e=clear and straw pus cell=2/hfp epth.cell=1/hpf rbcs=0/hpf others=no ova or cest seen TREATMENT i was given 1. Isosobide 2.disolvable asprin the pricribtion was the same for two different hospitals attended. the third hospital also gave same drugs plus ulcer medication and requested for endoscopy examination. but the situation remain the same with an increase rate of occurrence.that is I atimes feel sharp pain in my left chest region.from the basement of the breast to the centrun.it doesnt last long at most 30s.at times it also happens in the right breast but more frequent in the left side.at times too i feel mild pain which moves up and down belolw the left breast and below the left ribs cage.eg like the pain of defecation during constipation.atimes it comes in the 1.evening 2.when i lie on my left 3.when am hungry 4. when am full(after eating and am relaxing) I always feel dizzy and sweat profusely and take a lot of water and have to lie for about 15mins to come back to normal during any vigorous exercise. I was diagnosed of pneumonia 13years ago and ulcer about 10years ago.but i know am healed of it. apart from this am always fit for for normal duties.i always suffer from malaria. thank you.
