What Causes Sharp Pain In Chest Radiating To The Back?
I ve been having chest pain for the past 3 or 4 days. It was a heaviness in the center of my chest but has now moved to the right side of my chest. Still a heaviness with a sharp pain that radiates to my back and shoulder when I take a deep breath.

By the complaints you mentioned, it seems to be of muskuloskeletal origin. Simple muscle pain as you may call. The pain could have triggered due to suuden cold exposure or heavy weight lifting or un-intentional muscle pull during certain activity. Knowing your age, occupation, other associated problems like any coughing, any preceded trauma, frequency of such pains and your smoking habits could have helped more though.
