What Causes Sharp Pain In Collarbone, Shoulder And Neck While Exhaling?

Hi. Im having sharp pains in my left collarbone, shoulder, and neck when I exhale. Im not sure if this has anything to do with it ,but Ive been extremely exhausted for about a week now. Also been having bad headches with nausea for two weeks. 2 days ago i noticed my left eye looked like it was bleeding. Today the spot on my eye has lightened a tiny bit but has gotten bigger. Any idea what could be going on?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be muscular pain and chances of spasm would be very likely it can be associated with some functional condition you can try some tranquilizer and best would be "Tab Chlordiazepoxide" three times in day, it may not be bleeding eye but could be redness of eye and it could be some allergic condition try some anti-histamine drops, hope this information helps.
