What Causes Sharp Pain In Forehead At Night Post Concussion?

my son (33)had accident 12/29 and had a truck roll on top of his honda- vehicular assault he said ok and slept 2 days after w/ headaches and dizzy once in awhile since. he had a sharp pain last nite at front lobe above eyes, but it went away, yet slept all day today.Am having him chked out w/ appt fri. I suspect a mild concussion, should we be seen at ER or rest and wait for Fri appt.?

If possible go for a ct scan and then fix an appointment..it would help u find out whether any haematoma has formed or not.
