hi, I am 39 years old, female, 170 lbs. my knees and heels hurt a lot when i stand up after sitting for long time. The heel pain is like a needle like. It stays for couple of minutes and then after words it disappears. But it continues on and off whenever i take a break. WHat is the reason for this?

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your are symptoms are related to arthritis.
By your age it is not that common to get osteoporosis.
There are different types of arthritis.
Get the following tests-

Xray of both knees and ankles, there may be bone spikes and some bony chnges which makes your diagnosis.
