hi my name is Stephanie I been having sharp pains in my left arm and very bad chest pain as well tightness in the back of my neck feeling very tired like I am weak and drian shortness of breath my hands and legs and feet are swelling up can you tell me what s wrong

Pain in left arm with shortness of breath needs evaluation through Echocardiography and Chest Xray.Go to ER to fix it.
If these were normal then simple pain killer will fix it.
