Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain in the arm radiating up to the fingers can be due to the muscular pain, ligament stretching, or can be due to injury to the nerve at the injection site. However, angina needs to be ruled out as its pain also radiates to the left arm. I would suggest you to consult an physician to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
