What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Lung And Painful Shoulder After Running?

I RUN TRACK AND LAST TIME I GOT DONE AND THERE WAS A SHARP PAIN IN MY UPPER LEFT LUNG EVERY TIME I TOOK A DEEP BREATH IT HAS DIED DOWN A BIT BUT I DON T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ALSO WHEN IT HURT MY ARM PIT WOULD BE BEATING HEAVILY MY SHOULDER HURT SLIGHTLY TOO.

Hi i did review your concern.
I would advice you to get yourself evaluated by a doctor. Also a precautionary xray is required here.
Such type of pain is generally either musculoskeletal or pleuritic in origin and a xray will help.
