What Causes Sharp Pain In Left Quadrant Of The Abdomen?
I ve been having sharp pains in my lower left and upper left abdomen for over a week. When I take a deep breath I feel pain in my upper abdomen right below the rib cage. I also I have lower and upper back pain and some pain on the right side of lower abdomen . And some chest pains once in a while on the left side. and I sometimes feel sick to my stomach
In infection of large intestine that can cause pain on left side of abdomine. stool examination is healful for further diagnosis.
In crohn's disease there is presence of ulceration in ilum area can lead to pain on left side. Ultrasonography is helpful in crohn's diseases diagnosis.

Drink more water and avoid spicy foods. Irtitable bowel disease is common finding. In infection of large intestine that can cause pain on left side of abdomine. stool examination is healful for further diagnosis.
