What Causes Sharp Pain In Lower Abdomen With Bloating, Dizziness And Headache?
I m 26 years old and I keep getting dull and sharp pains in my lower abdomen that come and go over the last 2 months, I have had a few dizzy spells and I feel bloated all the time, along with headaches. I came off my period about a week ago should I go to my doctor or I m I just thinking too much into it.

Understanding your concern . As per your query you have sharp pain in lower abdomen with bloating, dizziness and headache . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome , gas pains , gastroenteritis , giardiasis , constipation , lactose intolerance , ulcerative colitis or inflammatory bowel disease . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan , ultrasound , stool test and endoscopy. Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative , antibiotics like ornidazole and albendazole. Avoid intake of large meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. Drink warm water throughout the day . For now eat light , avoid non spicy and heavy food , drink plenty of water and eat fibrous diet . The symptoms can also occur due to UTI . Also apply warm compresses on abdomen . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine or to ENT specialist for ear problem .
