Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
This morning I started having sharp pain in my lower rt stomach when I bend over it does not hurt except when I bend over, It really is a sharp pain enough to make me say oh God that hurts . Even walking if I put more pressure on my rt leg will send pain into my rt side
The commonest causes I can think about are as follows: * Appendicitis * Ovary or fallopian related problem in females * Lymph node problems * Colitis or enteritis like in typhoid
Rare but well known cause of classical presentation is Psoas abscess. Only CT scan can identify and also a clinical examination by a General Surgeon. Consult a general surgeon immediately. Test blood, urine, stool and CT scan of abdomen. All these will lead to a proper diagnosis and thus allow a proper medical or surgical management as per the cause found.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
