Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sharp pain in lower stomach with shivering in body. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like appendicitis , bacterial or viral gastroenteritis , mononucleosis , meningitis or urinary tract infection. I would suggest you to consult gastroneterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound along with endoscopy and stool test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe ornidazole , omeprazole along with antacid . Doctor may also refer you to urologist for UTI . For now eat healthy , avoid heavy and spicy and also drink plent of water .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
