What Causes Sharp Pain In Navel Radiating To The Tip Of Penis?
I am 37 years old, and ever since I was a little kid, 4 or 5, sometimes I have a sharp pain from the navel to the tip of the penis. Like a length of barbed razor wire being pulled in through my belly button and out trough my penis. It happens a few times a year, when arching my back to stretch the abdominal muscles while breathing in deep or yawning. Am I going to die?

Hello,
Don't be scared because it looks like a muscle pain and you can't die because of a muscle pain. Take antiinflammatory drugs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen for pain. Do an urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound to get checked for possible infection.
