Sharp pain in center abdomen near belly-button; feeling nauseous but not vomiting or diarrhea. No other symptoms. No sign of blood in normal stool or when I forced myself to vomit when the initial nausea began yesteday evening. No predecessor symptoms or odd conditions prior to feeling bad yesterday evening (ate nothing rancid or bad, no drinking, etc.)
