What Causes Sharp Pain In Right Hip Post Lumbar Laminectomy?

Am a 63 yr. old healthy male who is 5 months post-op 3 level lumbar laminectomy (L3-4-5) with fusion at the L3-4. Am doing well walking 3 miles a day, doing exercises sleeping with no pain. First thing in the morning after I am up will get a single sharp pain in my right hip (zinger) and will go away . Am good gfor rest of the day but happens almost every day. What is going on? Side note: Fusion is healed well.

I really appreciate your concern, present condition of pain is not related with the history of spine surgery but such pain could be due to muscular spasm and it could be due to poor posture you can try any NSAID and best would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day if symptoms does not improved then better to get done the MRI hope this information helps.
