I have a sharp pain on right temple when I push in it no pain it is shooting pain I took 1200mg iduprophim no avail I have high blood pressure no meds for over 2 weeks insurance wont cover under a lot of pressure family history of anurism usually good diet not lately due to hard times should I see er dr

Hi I did review your concern.
Sharp pain right temple can be due to multiple reasons. Most importantly it can be either due to headache of migraine or due to temporal arteritis.
i would recommend a blood test with ESR levels to see for the elevated ESR levels in temporal arteritis.
